Improved Billing Process

Dear Valued Customer:

We are excited to announce an improvement to our billing process that will make managing and paying your invoices easier and more convenient. We have partnered with Biller Genie, an automated accounts receivable platform, to modernize our invoicing.

What does this mean for you?

  • Convenient Online Payments: You will soon receive invoices via email with a simple “Pay Now” link. This will take you to a secure, branded payment portal where you can pay by credit card or bank transfer (ACH) with a single click.
  • Customer Portal: You can access a secure customer portal to view your invoice history, download receipts, and manage your payment methods.
  • Flexible Payment Options: You can securely store your payment information for future use or even enable “Auto-Pay” to have future invoices
    paid automatically on their due date.
  • Timely Reminders: The system will send friendly reminders for upcoming and overdue invoices, ensuring you have plenty of notice.

What happens next?

You will start to receiving your invoices from Biller Genie via email, featuring our Taylor Brothers Architectural Products logo and a clear link to pay.

Starting January 1st, 2026, we will be modifying our payment policy to fully comply with California law. You will see two prices shown on each invoice; the Credit Card “all-in” pricing and the “Cash” discounted pricing. Any payment made by Check, ACH, Debit Card or Cash will reflect a 1.75% discounted rate. Once you click on the “Pay Now” you will have the option to choose how you want to pay.
